Warehouse & Count Room Attendant (Dual Position)

Description

Casino M8trix is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Count Room Attendant to support both our Warehouse and Count Room operations based on business needs.

This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Additionally, eligible candidates receive a daily complimentary meal from our Casino M8trix menu as part of their employee benefits.

Schedule: Must be available to work full-time hours, weekends, holidays and overtime based on business needs, with a 6:45 AM start time.

Warehouse Duties

· Receive, inspect, store, and distribute products and supplies.

· Maintain inventory and receiving records.

· Organize and properly store inventory.

· Fill departmental requisitions and distribute deliveries.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

· Additional duties as assigned

Count Room Duties

· Open Drop Boxes and accurately count chips.

· Record chip totals in the computer system.

· Rack chips for supervisor verification.

· Maintain security of chips, Drop Boxes, keys, and the Count Room.

· Follow established cash and chip control procedures.

· Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

· Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

· Prior data entry experience and basic computer skills.

· Cash handling, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.

· Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and perform other physical movements required to receive, store, and distribute inventory.

· Must comply with applicable gaming regulations, policies and internal controls

· Must maintain confidentiality and properly safeguard company assets.

Compensation and Benefits:

Employees in this position start earning $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the security field.
• Prior law enforcement and/or military experience is preferred. Candidates with these backgrounds are encouraged to apply. 
• Must have excellent computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite products, especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong ability to accurately recall specific events and advanced report writing skills .

• Assures proper dissemination of security related information to all staff through shift briefings and ongoing staff contact.

This position is responsible for repairing leaking faucets, replacing washer faucets and seals on malfunctioning plumbing equipment, cleaning clogged drains, repair/replace hot water heater, drain/clean/snake sinks, and toilets as well as other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or over.
• Must be willing to undergo background check.
• Available to work any shift, additional shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

The  Casino Controller will play a critical role in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving the company’s financial strategy. Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the company’s financial strategy, operations, and activities in accordance with the Board of Directors’ directives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and forecasts to the management team, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Direct and oversee the preparation of budgets and budget proposals, ensuring accurate reporting and cost control.
• Review and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending cost-effective solutions.
